getting personal

Today was my first workout with my personal trainer. First, the bad news: I am really really weak and really really inflexible. BUT..that means that the good news is I can only improve...so yeah, that is good news!! My PT is a cyclist and now getting into mountain biking, so the exercises he has me doing are specifically to become much stronger on the mountain bike...I'll take that, even if it's painful and/or completely embarassing in the gym :-)
