Labor day weekend in gatorville
first of all thanks to chris johns for hosting the o'deas and dogs for the holiday weekend. thanks to the awesome support from eddie I was able to have a pretty damn good race. I saw lots of cramping bonking and crashing but I was able to avoid all the above despite the insanely humid temps. I'll have a full writeup soon. Congrats to Harvey on 2nd mens solo and thanks to eddie matt and julie for the pit help!

Hey, I did a 4 hr ride today with the increased sodium, also added some meal replacement shake, and I felt good, felt like I could keep going, I hope to get a longer ride in next weekend.
