Ugh
I hate bad rides. I had one today, I was supposed to do some intervals...and I knew I was tired...so, I warmed up for 2 hours and saved the 3rd hour for intervals..hoping my legs would come around. Nope. I the harder I felt I was working, the lower my HR got. I called it a day early. I guess everyone is different, Eddie has been riding like an animal, but he doesn't seem to need the same recovery I do. Maybe it has something to do with him having negative % body fat. Ugh. Oh well, try again this weekend. Unfortunately, training is now restricted to "flat" terrain to prepare for 24 hour Nationals. I really miss the mountainous epics.
Bike is in the shop getting the rear brake bled in preparation for the big 12 hour next weekend. Looking forward to seeing many of you there.
P.S. Have you signed up for Fools Gold yet?

Not that I'm glad you had a bad day, but it's nice to see you're one of us mere humans. I'm sure you'll have your mojo back for a good weekend of training.
Not yet, but rest assured I will. :-) See yall next weekend.
