A tired dog is a good dog

This is Jackson after riding with us on Wednesday, what a cutie.

Today was a good day! I woke up and met Mallie for a ride at Dauset Trails..fun trails especially in the Fall with all the leaves down. Unfortunately I didn't take my camera. After that, I spent the day weighing in and working with high school wrestlers for one of my Sports Nutrition internship projects. That sport has a lot of interesting research that could be done in terms of SN. I'm still brainstorming on the format of my Sports Nutrition services with 55nine. I do know that I will be leveraging the benefits of SNC.com to some extent. I just started training again and I'm working on my own plan to improve my lean body percentage and I'm really excited. I've got some specific goals in mind and reaching them should really help improve my training and racing. I used to really focus on race nutrition but not enough on daily nutrition and maintaining energy balance. The off-season is a great time to experiment with this stuff! I am so lucky to get to learn from and work with some of the most well known people in the field!!

Just because you are married doesn't mean you get to be a slack ;)
